Observation at the heart of teaching.

L’Observatoire offers several Qi Gong and massage programs.

Counsciousness at the heart

Qi Gong without the work of consciousness is nothing more than simple gymnastics. At L’Observatoire, Qi Gong is seen as meditation in movement, where the bridge between body and mind is constant and inseparable.

An adapted pedagogy

Because not all students enroll with the same initial goals, the classes are designed to offer a personalized learning approach. Whether you come to discover the practice, to improve your skills, or even to become a teacher yourself, we guide you step by step according to your needs.

From theory to practice

Whether it is Qi Gong or meditation, these practices are supported by a rich theory and philosophy. Drawing on the training they received in China, the teachers at L’Observatoire place great importance on transmitting the theoretical foundations, to help students better understand the meaning and essence of the practice.

A collective practice

At L’Observatoire, practice is seen both as a path of personal growth and as something that serves the collective. The notion of the group is central and supports students throughout their learning journey, creating a dynamic of progress, support, and mutual assistance.

A modular training

Several options are available to you. The main training courses take place on weekends, but contact us if you are interested in an intensive course — several possibilities can be offered on a case-by-case basis.

A supportive approach

The heart of our practices is meant to be integrated into everyday life. This is why, from enrollment to the end of the year, L’Observatoire aims to cultivate and share an inclusive and caring atmosphere at every stage of its relationship with students.

Qi Gong

Three Stages of Learning

Each year of training is independent, but we want to offer those who wish to continue their studies the opportunity to go further.

That is why we offer three years with continuous progression, while keeping each year independent so that you are free to commit as you go.

Furthermore, if you have learned Qi Gong methods elsewhere and wish to join Years 2 or 3, this is of course possible.

Massage

Massage and Qi Gong united in one breath.

Discover the practice of ‘Gen Qi Tui Na’.

‘Gen Qi Tui Na’, or Breath-Rooting Massage, is a technique developed by Yannick Lajdecki based on years of research and practice, focusing on the use of breath in massage. Using the principles of Qi Gong, the practitioner employs breathing exercises and grounding to help the recipient achieve deep relaxation. The work then continues through attentive listening to tensions, full areas, and empty areas, guiding the massage techniques.

Although it may appear very simple, this technique relies on deep internal work and the cultivation of observation and inner calm, which are far from obvious. ‘Gen Qi Tui Na’ ultimately represents a return to the essence of massage and its rich simplicity. As with meditation or Qi Gong, it is in the pursuit of pure simplicity that the greatest depth is found.

To explore this technique, we offer various entry points, whether you are a complete beginner or already experienced in Qi Gong or massage.
